Mr. Tian?has rich experience in enterprise management and industry organization operation. He has been engaged in technology, industry development, strategy planning, investment mergers and acquisitions, and legal compliance risk control related to the seed industry for more than 22 years. He worked in Sinochem Group Co., Ltd. from 1997-2017, and served as these positions: Deputy General Manager of Strategic Planning Department, General Manager of Marketing Department, General Manager of Law and Risk department in the Sinochem's fertilizer unit, Deputy General Manager of China National Seed Group Co., Ltd., as well as its Chairman of Strategic Development Committee, and Science and Technology Committee, respectively. In August 2017, Mr. Tian established the Glocon Agritech Co-Innovation Institute, and then he has been as the Chairman of the Board and the President of the institute. He has also been the Executive Director and General Manager of CITIC Agricultural Biotechnology Co. Ltd. since May 2019.?
Mr. Tian?participated in the drafting and argumentation of agriculture relevant national plans, policies, projects, etc.Hehas served as an advisory expert of agriculture to the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and other government departments under the State Council of China, as well as to many local governments in the field of agriculture.
Mr. Tian?had been the Deputy Chairman of the China Agricultural Economic Law Research Association, an Executive Member of the Crop Science Society of China, Vice Chairman of the Rice Industry Branch of the Crop Science Society of China, a member of the China Agricultural Biotechnology Association, and an Arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Committee.
